Continuous professional development takes place through internal and external training courses and a multimedia training program for doctors and nursing staff of the Thieme Group.
In addition to professional training, we attach great importance to the empathy and communication skills of our employees.
Internal and external training courses are held regularly, e. g. on Motivational Interviewing according to Miller & Rollnick, MCII (Mental Contrasting with Implementation Intentions) according to Oettingen, SPIN (Situation-Problem-Implication-Benefit) and HAPA (Health Action Process Approach) according to Schwarzer.
