We are here for you!

As part of its workplace health promotion program, Allianz offers all employees a low-threshold supporting service.

If you are suffering from mental stress or simply find yourself in a challenging professional or private situation, please contact us! Such situations can include health problems, stress at work, conflicts with colleagues, employees, superiors or even family members.

Acute advice 

Do you have an acute crisis, a challenging situation or a conflict and need advice as quickly as possible and want to talk about it anonymously with a mental health professional? Then don't hesitate to contact us around the clock. We will listen to you and offer you competent and objective support.

Telephone coaching

A telephone conversation is not always enough. In order to do justice to your individual life situation, we offer you not only acute advice but also telephone coaching consisting of approx. 5 to 6 scheduled calls over a period of 3 months. Together with a personal health coach, you will analyze your current situation and your existing resources will be activated and solution strategies developed so that you can better deal with your current psychological or health-related stress situation. The motto here is always "help for self-help".

The work method

A simple but very effective method for challenging negative beliefs is the Byron Katie work method. This involves questioning your own negative thoughts using four questions and vice versa in order to gain insight and positivity.
